Spring 2015 - a limited supply of wild morel mushrooms and fiddleheads will be available.



Currently available - locally foraged dried oyster mushrooms and dried porcini mushrooms.  

Dried mushrooms can be reconstituted in wine or cream and added to your favourite sauces, pastas, risottos, pizza or soups.
